Bring The Knife was a face-ripping metal band from that grew from the ashes of Destruct-A-Thon.

They released their self-titled 7" EP on Thrashachusetts in 2011. It was recorded at New Alliance in Cambridge, Massachusetts with veteran knob twiddler Ethan Dussault (Cave In, Garrison, Lock and Key) at the helm.

Duncan Wilder Johnson sang. Pattie The Gimp and Zay Dohse played guitar and bass, respectively. Original drummer Eman Pacheco played the first few shows and co-wrote/performed drum duties on the 7".  Eric Peoples, formerly of Haloburn, replaced Eman in January of 2012.

The songs contained sick riffs and ideas about viking battles and werewolves --as well as un-metal topics like meditation, positive thinking, and spirituality.

The band stopped playing live to concentrate on writing new songs in April of 2012.  In August of 2013, Duncan left the band sighting creative differences.
